Common questions
What exactly is Dentify?
Dental practice management software: patient records, scheduling and waiting room, treatments and treatment plans, payments and expenses, documents, and CNOPS and CNSS care sheets. It runs in a browser and in an Android app.
Is Dentify suited to Morocco?
It is built for Morocco. Care sheets are the CNOPS and CNSS forms, coding comes from the applicable nomenclature, amounts are in dirhams and days follow Casablanca time. The interface is available in French, Arabic and English.
Does anything need installing at the practice?
No. Dentify opens in a recent browser on Windows, macOS or Linux. Only the mobile app installs, on Android.
Where is the data hosted?
With a cloud provider, in a database scoped to the practice. Isolation between practices is enforced at the database level, not by the interface.
Who sees what inside the practice?
Every user has a role, and every role carries specific permissions — viewing patients, recording a treatment, taking payment, issuing a care sheet, seeing financial figures. Actions are recorded.
Does Dentify send appointment reminders automatically?
No. It prepares the message from a template, with the patient’s name and the appointment time, and opens it in WhatsApp or the SMS app. A person sends it, and the send is recorded in the patient’s history.
Can patients pay online?
No. Dentify records payments taken at the practice — cash, card, transfer, cheque — and tracks balances and cheques through to clearing.
Can patients book online?
The practice can receive appointment requests and handle them from the schedule. Confirming stays a decision of the practice, not an automatic booking.
How do CNOPS and CNSS care sheets work?
You pick treatments already recorded for the patient and the payer concerned. Dentify applies the official coding, checks the information the sheet needs before generating it, and produces the PDF on the official form.
What about mutuelles such as MGPAP or MGPTT?
They are complementary mutuelles of the CNOPS scheme. They are recorded in the patient’s cover, but the care sheet stays a CNOPS sheet: these mutuelles publish no dental form of their own and settle their share off the form.
Can I get my data back?
Yes. Practice data can be exported, financial records and patient lists included.
Is the mobile app on the Play Store?
Publication on the Play Store is being prepared. The Android app works and is distributed to the practices taking part in the launch.
