What you can do from the phone
Open a complete record
Identity, age, severe allergies raised to the top, current medication, history, balance, next appointment and cover.
Record a treatment at the chair
Your catalogue is offered as shortcuts; the label and price stay editable, because a catalogue is a starting point and not a rule.
Take a payment
Cash, card, transfer or cheque, updating the patient’s balance immediately.
Issue a care sheet
Choosing the treatments, the payer — CNOPS or CNSS — the checks, and the official PDF, through to sharing it.
Manage patient cover
The basic scheme and any complementary mutuelle (MGPAP, MGPTT) can be read and changed from the record.
Share a document
A prescription, certificate or report previews as a PDF, then goes out through WhatsApp, email or a printer via Android sharing.
Security on the phone
Biometric lock
The app unlocks with a fingerprint or face. A phone left on a worktop does not leave a record open.
Session in the system keystore
The session is held in the encrypted Android keystore, never in plain text in the app’s own storage.
The same permissions as the desk
Permissions come from the account’s role. A phone grants nothing extra.
