What is Dentify?
Dentify is dental practice management software: one place for your patient records, your schedule, your treatments, your payments and your documents. It runs in the browser at the practice and in an Android app, on the same data and under the same rules.
Built for practice in Morocco
CNOPS and CNSS care sheets are issued on the official ANAM forms, with the coding taken from the verified reference data. Amounts are in dirhams and days follow Casablanca time.

Several practitioners, one practice
Roles and permissions per person, more than one site when needed, and every write recorded. An assistant does not see what an assistant has no business seeing.
What Dentify replaces
Most practices run on a paper diary, a spreadsheet for takings, a Word file per patient and a stack of care sheets filled in by hand. Each of those works on its own; together they do not talk to each other.
One place for patients
One record per patient, searchable by name, phone number or file number. History and allergies sit at the top of the record, not at the back of a folder.
A schedule that matches the day
A calendar per practitioner and per site, a waiting room showing who has arrived and who is in treatment, and appointment requests gathered in one list.
Treatments and procedures
A catalogue of procedures with your own prices, treatments recorded against the teeth concerned, and treatment plans that become billable work once accepted.
Payments
Cash, card, transfer or cheque, a balance per patient, cheques tracked through to clearing, expenses and a profit and loss statement.
Care sheets
A CNOPS or CNSS sheet is built from the treatments already recorded. The software refuses to print an incomplete sheet rather than letting it leave the practice.
The practice on your phone
The Android app carries the record, the schedule, treatments, payments and care sheets, with the same session and the same permissions.
A day at the practice, with Dentify
The order of the screens follows the order of the real gestures. Nothing is entered twice: the treatment recorded at the chair is the one that gets paid for, and then the one that goes on the care sheet.
1. The patient arrives
You mark them present from the waiting room. Their record opens on their allergies, their balance and their next appointment.
2. The treatment is carried out
You record it against the teeth concerned, with its price, from the desk or from a phone.
3. The patient pays
The payment attaches to the patient and updates the balance. A cheque is tracked through to its clearing date.
4. The care sheet goes out
You pick the treatments to carry onto the CNOPS or CNSS sheet, the software applies the official coding, and the PDF is ready to hand over.
CNOPS and CNSS care sheets
This is the part foreign software does not do. Dentify issues the dental care sheet on the payer’s official form, from the treatments already recorded for the patient.
- The official CNOPS and CNSS forms (ANAM references) ship with the application.
- Coding — key letter and coefficient — comes from the verified reference data, not from typing.
- The information a sheet needs is checked before printing, and anything still missing is flagged.
- Two prints: the official form filled in, on plain paper, or the values alone to run through a form supplied by the payer.
- MGPAP and MGPTT are handled as complementary mutuelles of the CNOPS scheme: the sheet stays a CNOPS sheet.
Dentify has no confirmation from the CNOPS or the CNSS that a pre-filled print of their form is accepted. Check with your payer before sending.

Common questions
Does Dentify work for a single-handed practice?
Yes. It is usable on your own, and roles only start to matter when an assistant or a second practitioner joins. The price does not change.
Is there anything to install?
Not for the practice desk: Dentify opens in a browser. The mobile app installs on an Android phone.
Is my data separated from other practices?
Yes. Each practice has its own space, and the isolation is enforced by the database itself, not only by the interface.
Does Dentify send automatic reminders?
No. Dentify prepares the message from a template and opens it in WhatsApp or in your phone’s SMS app; a person sends it. The send is then recorded in the patient’s history.
Can I take payments online?
No. Dentify records payments taken at the practice — cash, card, transfer, cheque — and tracks balances. It does not process online payments.
