What the price covers
Every feature
Patients, scheduling, waiting room, treatments, treatment plans, dental chart, payments, expenses, documents, CNOPS and CNSS care sheets, sterilisation, laboratory orders, stock and patient surveys.
Both applications
The web application for the practice desk and the Android app, on the same account.
Several users
Practitioners, assistants, reception: an account and a role each, with no per-user charge.
Updates
Software updates and updates to the official reference data are part of the subscription.
What it does not cover
Said plainly, to avoid a surprise after signing.
Hardware
Computer, tablet, phone, printer and internet connection remain yours.
Automatic sending
Dentify does not send SMS or WhatsApp messages on its own. Messages are prepared and opened in your app, so no sending credit is charged.
Online payment
The software records what the practice takes. It does not collect on your behalf and takes no commission.
Common questions
Does the price depend on the number of practitioners?
No. 2,000 DH per year covers the practice, whatever the number of users and chairs.
Are there setup fees?
No. Opening the account and the initial configuration — your procedures, your prices, your users — are part of getting started.
What happens if I stop?
Your data stays yours and can be exported. The subscription is annual and does not renew itself without your agreement.
Are CNOPS and CNSS care sheets an extra?
No. They are part of the software, like the schedule or payments.
